Dr. Tom McGovern

Dr. Tom McGovern is the Chief Engineer at F&D Partners, with over 25 years of experience as a licensed energy professional engineer and 15 years of experience as a sustainable LEED AP. He specializes in decarbonization studies for commercial, industrial, and residential facilities to reduce carbon emissions. Dr. McGovern has completed recent projects in office spaces, hotels, school buildings, and multifamily residences, resulting in significant savings and achieving F&D Partner’s compliance with New York City’s Local Law goals. He graduated from the University of Hartford with an engineering degree and from St. John’s Law School with a Doctorate in Law.
